I thought this bedding was decent overall, especially for what I paid. Nothing super fancy, but it does the job and the price felt fair to me... so I’m happy with it.

I don’t know, something about this site just doesn’t feel trustworthy to me. The whole experience gave me the impression they care more about getting my money than actually helping customers. I didn’t feel comfortable using it.

I had to reach out to support because I had no clue when my order was supposed to show up. Like, I get that delivery estimates aren’t magic, but a little clearer info would’ve been nice. They did reply the next day though, and to be fair, the answer actually helped.

Then one of the items ended up being delayed, so I had to ask again. Not exactly my favorite hobby, chasing down order updates, but they checked on it and explained what was going on. It wasn’t super speedy, but they were polite and didn’t give me some vague copy-paste nonsense.

I’m giving 4 stars because the service was genuinely helpful and didn’t turn into a whole stressful mess. I just wish the updates came sooner so I didn’t have to keep wondering what was happening. Overall, decent experience, just a little too much waiting around for my taste
